We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Payment is due at the time of service unless we have made other arrangements with you in advance.

Monthly Statement
Most insurance companies will respond to claims within two to four weeks, and we send monthly statements to our patients. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. We appreciate your prompt remittance.
